On February 11, 2021 the attorney of Mr.Andrew E. Smyth from SMYTH LLP had contacted me, saying that he was representing Catherine Alvarez and Carmen Rivera, because, I had allegedly made false allegations on Downeycrime.com that Carmen Rivera had NOT posses a real estate license under her alias name of Carmen Amarillas.
Her attorney had realized that Carmen was in fact, using a different name on her real estate advertisements, that Carmen had immediately ceased with her real estate advertising, under the name of Carmen Amarillas.
